PTH ASSEMBLY

The PTH (Pin Through Hole) Assembly department consists of several Axial and Radial assembly lines, which flow into a SEHO Power Wave soldering machine for tin/lead welding and on Essepi Electronics S400 wave soldering machine for Lead Free welding.

The Traceability system includes:

  • PCB (Printed Circuit Board)

  • Electronic components

  • Production process phases

The PTH assembly department is served by:

  • 2 workstations “Cut and Clinch” Blakell LS920

  • 1 workstation “Cut and Clinch” Contact CS400E

  • Pantograph system KRESS FM6990E

  • 13 automatic preformer O.LA.ME.F, SAMEC, STRECKFUB, WERESCH

  • Automatic pipe cutter EasyPipel

  • 3 verticl warehouses

  • 3D printer Wan Hao Duplicator

  • Automatic axial and radial assembly lines using:

-  80 stations TDK VC-5 Radial Inserter

-  100 stations UNIVERSAL 2596 Sequencer

-  UNIVERSAL DUAL HEAD VCD Axial Inserter

The SMT assembly service can be provided for small and large batches.

The working environment and equipment are subject to EPA (ESD Protected Area) regulations.

​

The PTH assembly department has over 30 specialized technicians.
