BG Elettronica offers the following Surface Treatments, to ensure protection and performance of the printed circuit boards produced.
CONFORMAL COATING
This treatment, in addition to improving electrical insulation and preventing oxide on exposed metal points of the PCB, protect the PCB against the various environmental factors that can negatively affect its functionality, such as moisture, conductive powders and saline environments.
The conformal coating resins are dual-cure: the edges of the components and the exposed surfaces are polymerized with UV rays while the shaded areas are subsequently polymerized with heat.

TWO COMPONENT RESIN COATING
The automated resin coating line allows the application of two component epoxy resin for complete or partial protection of the printed circuit boards, so as to ensure performance in any type of environment.
