TRACEABILITY SYSTEM
BG ELETTRONICA has implemented an E2E traceability system, fully integrated with the ERP software, ensuring full control of processes in real time.
The traceability system involves components, materials, semi-finished and finished products, in the following processes:

Shipping
The tracking of components, materials, semi-finished and finished products and related batches is performed using Barcode technology.
PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) are tracked using QR CODE technology, which is printed on the PCB surface, allowing tracking during all phases of production and testing.
CERTIFICATIONS
Quality control of products and Safety of the working places, are key principles of BG Elettronica philosophy.
This is why we are subjected to strict periodic checks, necessary to get and maintain the certifications issued by international authorities.
